US Border Patrol vehicle parked above the beach and the fence that divides Mexico and the US. Richard Wong and I talked with the gentleman in the truck for quite some time. He told us all sorts of stories and gave us a much better understanding for the situation at these International Borders.
I won't go into the specifics of what was said because it was understood that he wasn't "on record (not that any of it was bad in any way). I asked him for a portrait, but he understandably declined.
